Vanbrugh Property Sevices Ltd was established in Woolwich, South East London. The name Vanbrugh was taken from the famous architect Sir John Vanbrugh. Sir John Vanbrugh designed the listed buildings on the famous Royal Arsenal site now known as Royal Arsenal Riverside. This is where the business began, hence the first connection with the name of Sir John Vanbrugh.
The second connection is Sir John's profession as an architect. Our company was set up by a Chartered Building Surveyor whose roots began in property maintenance some 20 years ago. Our company combine both trade and professional skills to provide a service which we believe is second to none, but we will let you be the judge!
We also maintain our membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and offer services in this field, such as planning applications, drawings for extensions and defect diagnosis.
